The outdoor seating area could use some TLC with overgrown grass and dirty tables, overshadowed by trash bins nearby. Breakfast had its own quirks. waiting in line for a long time for hot food can test anyone's patience, and there’s a noticeable lack of staff when you might really need them. A phone that rings off the hook without answers is also frustrating, especially when quick assistance is essential.

Had a blast with friends staying here! Perfect spot for visiting Alton Towers and the nearby football games. The 24-hour food service was a lifesaver after our late-night outings. Loved the mini park for some fun downtime and the health club for a morning workout. The staff were super friendly !

Good food, but messy service

The room was super cold, but the staff hooked us up with a heater pretty quickly. Food was really tasty! they seemed way understaffed. We grabbed some snacks at the bar, which was nice. The pathways were kinda dirty, though, and that made it feel less welcoming. Needs improvement.

The sofa bed was nearly unusable. the thin mattress felt like sleeping on a steel grate, leaving my companions tossing and turning all night. there were issues with the restaurant menu not matching what's advertised online. The evening meal choices were limited, and the food quality felt overpriced, making for an unsatisfactory dining experience. On top of that, cleanliness left something to be desired, with the tables at breakfast not cleared, creating a rather unwelcoming environment to start the day.

We enjoyed a fab dinner with delish Vietnamese chicken curry and a lovely clean gym for workouts. The pool was nice for some family fun too!

We had a fun night here! The pool was perfect—warm and chill when we went. Loved the 2 big beds in our room, but they could be a bit comfier. Staff were super nice, but we waited way too long for food at the restaurant. a pretty solid place to crash with the fam!
